Introducing the latest updates to one of the most famous frames in the world of squash, the Tecnifibre Carboflex X-Top V2 range is here and this 120g version is the lightest model they've ever released!
Designed for players looking to unleash relentlessly fast swings, short punchy volleys, and deceptive flicks to take time away from their opponents, this head light racquet delivers assertive attacks with sublime control. Looking at the specs of this racquet, it's got a large 500cm2 head size to give it a large sweet spot and exceptional control on off-centre hits, a 14x18 string pattern which gives a subtle blend of power and control, and, it's the lightest in the new V2 range making it very fast to play with.
The Carboflex 120 X-Top V2 comes equipped with patented X-Top technology meaning that the plastic bumper (seen on most racquets) has been replaced by strong, durable active fibres and complimented with a PTFE treatment to improve slide and protect the frame against abrasion from the floor or walls, allowing you to scrape even the tightest shots off the side wall with an aerodynamic swing.
It's all about swingspeed when it comes to the Carboflex X-Top V2 range. These racquets are designed with an aerodynamic Airshaft section promoting faster swing through, plus, the monoshaft design (reinforced with X-Arms) enhances stability and precision by reducing flex in the frame. To add to all of that, Extended String Hole technology enlarges 12 key eyelets on the frame to maximise string elasticity.
