We want you to be happy with your purchase and we stand behind the products we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the items you ordered within 30-days of receipt of the order. Items returned must be in the condition you received them in and include all original packaging.

How do I return my order?

The best method to contact us to request a return is to complete our Return Request Page. Once completed you will receive an automated email to confirm receipt of your request. A support representative will reach out promptly business hours by email to provide return instructions.

What items may be returned?

Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition to be returned.

  • Shoes may be tried on for fit in a clean environment but not played in.
  • All original packaging and tags must be returned.
  • Clothing must be in its original condition meaning unworn and unwashed.
  • Racquets may be returned but must be unused and still have the shrink wrap on the handle.
  • Strung tennis racquets may be returned but the price of the string and any stringing service fees will not be refunded.
  • Gift Cards are not refundable

What to do if the item(s) I received was defective or damaged?

Please contact us with in 7-days of receipt of the order to let us know by using our Return Request Page. In the comments section of the form please let us know that the item was defective or damaged when you received it.

Are returns free?

We do not cover return shipping on returns.

What to do if you’d like to exchange the item?

The easiest and fastest option is to purchase the new item and to request a return by completing our Return Request Page. You’ll get the new item faster as we won’t have to wait for the return to arrive before shipping the new item. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund.
